Building Leaders.
Opening Doors.
Empowering South Sudanese Australian youth aged 15–30 with the skills, networks, and confidence to step into employment, education, and leadership — on their own terms.
Our young people don't lack ambition. They need someone to show them the door — and walk through it with them.
SUDD Foundation's Youth Leadership & Employment Readiness program is built for South Sudanese Australian young people who are ready to step into their potential. Through four powerful pillars, we equip youth with the skills, mentors, and real-world experience to build careers, lead communities, and create change.
"Our young people don't lack ambition. They need someone to show them the door — and walk through it with them."
