4 Pathways

Leadership · Employment · Entrepreneurship · Safe Spaces

Our young people don't lack ambition. They need someone to show them the door — and walk through it with them.

SUDD Foundation's Youth Leadership & Employment Readiness program is built for South Sudanese Australian young people who are ready to step into their potential. Through four powerful pillars, we equip youth with the skills, mentors, and real-world experience to build careers, lead communities, and create change.

"Our young people don't lack ambition. They need someone to show them the door — and walk through it with them."

Four Pathways to Leadership & Employment

Every pillar is delivered free of charge in a culturally safe environment, designed around the real needs of South Sudanese Australian youth.

Leadership Training

Building the next generation of South Sudanese Australian community leaders

Employment & Education Readiness

Practical skills and real pathways into jobs, TAFE, and university

Project Planning & Entrepreneurship

Turn your ideas into community impact and real career opportunities

Safe Spaces — Sports, Arts & Recreation Hubs

Sometimes the pathway to leadership starts with a soccer pitch or a music studio. Our Safe Spaces hubs across Melbourne's western suburbs provide structured, positive environments where young people can stay active, connect with peers, and be surrounded by healthy role models — parents, elders, and community coaches who care.
